So please inspect your order upon receiving and if there are any concerns let us know immediately so that we can correct it for you.Your Element’s pieces come with a lifetime warranty, yes we stand behind every piece created.And are happy to provide you with a shop credit or full refund in your original payment method after inspection of the items.Please note that special orders can not be refunded, however shop credit will be given depending on the details of your unique situation. We love to make sure you are completely satisfied in your Element’s. You have 21 days to submit your request for a free return or exchange.
